What is it?...

Excel Supplies offers a one of a kind Loyalty Program to all of our Loyal Customers.  The program runs from January 1st, 2008 thru December 31st, 2008 and then the program starts all over annually.  The program is designed to award your company points for all Chemical Purchases that are made from our store. 

Here’s how it works:

Your company will receive 10-points for every dollar that you spend on Chemical Purchases.  If you purchase a Truck Mount from Excel, you receive an additional 5,000 points.  $1.00 = 10 points

Here’s how the new Program will work.  We will have 3 different tiers now for points.  Here is what each tier consists of:

SILVER FREQUENT BUYER

  • Must reach 15,000 points to start receiving Silver Frequent Buyer discounts
  • 5% discounts on chemicals
  • 10% off classes, one-seat per company per class only! (**Certain classes may not apply**)
  • A one-time 50% discount on Excels 27-point truck mount service/inspection ($58.50 value)

GOLD FREQUENT BUYER

  • Must reach 30,000 points to achieve Gold Frequent Buyer discounts
  • 10% off all chemicals
  • 5% off accessories
  • 20% off classes, one-seat per company per class only! (**Certain classes may not apply**)
  • One-Free Excel 27-point truck mount service/inspection ($117.00 value)

PLATINUM FREQUENT BUYER

  • Must reach 50,000 points to achieve Platinum Frequent Buyer discounts
  • 12% off chemicals
  • 5% off accessories
  • 5% off equipment parts and labor
  • 30% off classes, one-seat per company per class only! (**Certain classes may not apply**)
  • Two-Free Excel 27-point truck mount service/inspections ($234.00 value)

Freight Policy

Free freight is $375.00 due to the continued rising cost of fuel. We here at Excel Supplies can no longer bear the massive increase in freight charges from our vendors without passing it on. We have tried now for almost 2-years to minimize the free freight minimum. All machines, accessories, parts, monthly specials or discounted items, and factory-direct shipping will be charged freight! The only thing that qualifies for free freight is a chemical order greater then $375.00! All in-house accounts must be current to qualify for free freight and any of the Frequent Buyer discounts.
